We ship internationally from the Netherlands. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Ordolia is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to international orders.

5. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our separate Return & Refund Policy for detailed information about returns, exchanges, and refunds. In summary, you have 30 days from delivery to return eligible items in unused condition with original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we made an error.

Products are sold with any manufacturer warranties that may apply. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product quality, but we make no additional warranties beyond those provided by manufacturers. For warranty claims, please contact us with your order details and description of the issue.
